Anday Walay Shami Kabab Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pao chane ki daal (channa daal)
  • 1/2 kg qeema (minced)
  • 2 piyaz (onion)
  • 2 ande (eggs)
  • 4 hari mirch (green chili)
  • 8 sookhi laal mirch (dried red chili)
  • 1/4 gathi hara dhania (coriander leaves 1/4 bunch)
  • 1/4 gathi podina (mint 1/4 bunch)
  • 1/4 cup tail (oil)
  • 4 jave lehsan (garlic cloves)
  • 1 tukra adrak (ginger piece)
  • 1 tukra daarcheeni (cinnamon stick)
  • 1 tsp kaali mirch (black pepper)
  • 1/2 tsp long (cloves)
  • Hasb e zarurat garam masala (alspices as required)
  • Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
  • 5 tbsp besan (gram flour)
  • 1/2 tsp haldi (turmeric)
  • 1 tsp kutti laal mirch (red chili curshed)
  • 1 tsp pissi laal mirch (red chili powder)
  • 1/2 tsp kutta zeera (cumin crushed)
  • 1/2 tsp kutta dhania (coriander crushed)
  • Hasb e zarurat fish (machli as required)

Directions

Ek pan main tail garam karen_
Ab isme qeema, adrak, lehsan, piyaz or hari mirchen shamil karke achi tarah se mix karen_
Ab isme chane ki daal, garam masala, daarcheeni , kaali mirch, sukhi laal mirch, podina or long shamil karke pakaen_
Ek bowl main piyaz, besan, kutta dhania, kutta zeera, haldi, kutti laal mirch, fish ke chotay chotay tukray,pissi laal mirch or namak shamil karke mix karlen_
Ab pan main tail garam karen_
Phir isme besan ke mixture ke chotay chotay kabab numa shakal bana kar fry karlen_
Ab qeemay ke mixture ko blender main peeslen_
Ab is qeemy main ek piyaz or hara dhania shamil karke mix karen_
Ek dish main ande ko phent len_
Qeemay ke mixture ki choti choti tikiyan bana kar ande main dubo kar halki anch par fry karen_
Mazedar kabab tayar hain ab inhe serve karen_:)
