Beef Seekh Kabab Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg gaye ka qeema (beef minced)
  • 1/2 pao Gurday ki charbi
  • 1/4 gathi hara dhania (coriander leaves 1/4 bunch)
  • 1 piyaz (onion)
  • 4 hari mirch (green chili)
  • 1 tukra adrak (ginger piece)
  • 1 tsp pissa garam masala (alspice powder)
  • 1 tsp pissa zeera (cumin powder)
  • 1 tsp pissa dhania (coriander powder)
  • Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt)

Directions

Pehle chopper main qeema , hari mirch, adrak, piyaz or hara dhania shamil karke khoob achi tarah  se pees len_
Sath hi gurday ki charbi shamil karke 3 minutes mazeed pees len_
Phir isme pissa garam masala, pissa zeera, pissa dhania or namak shamil karke mazed 1 minute peesen_
Jab qeemay ka bilkul bareek paste ban jaye to isse ek bowl main nikaal len_
Ab ek alag bowl main baraf wala thanda pani rakhen_
Phir hathon ko thanday pani se geela karke thora thora qeema seekhon par seekh kabab ki tarah lapetna shuru karen_
Jab tamam seekhon par qeema lag jaye to in seekhon ko ek sath angheeti par rakhen or adhy adhy minute baad side tabdeel karte jaen_
Khayal rahe ke koele ki aag zada tez na ho_
Jab tamam seekh kabab main golden rang ajae to inhe nikaal kar serve karen_:)
