Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg chicken boneless
  • 1 tbsp pissi adrak (ginger paste)
  • Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
  • 1/2 piyali tail (oil)
  • 12 badam (almonds)
  • 10 kaali mirch (black pepper)
  • 1 tsp kutti laal mirch (red chili crushed)

Directions

Ek karhai main chicken boti, adrak or namak daal kar chicken ka pani khush karlen_
Ab isme tail daal kar bhunlen_
Phir badam, kaali mirch or laal mirch daal kar 5 minutes dum par rakh den_
Mazedar boti kabab badami ko garam garam serve karen_:)
