Chapli Kabab 02 Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2/1 kg  qeema (mince)
  • Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
  • 1 tbsp zeera (cumin)
  • 1 tbsp kutti laal mirch (red chili crushed)
  • 1 tbsp anaar dana (pomegranate seeds)
  • 1 piyaz (onion)
  • 1 brown piyaz (brown onion)
  • 1 tbsp neembu ka rass (lemon juice)
  • 1 timatar (tomato)
  • Hasb e zarurat hara dhania (coriander leaves as required)
  • 1 cup makai ka aata (corn flour)

Directions

Sab se pehle piyaz, timatar, hari mirch or hara dhania ko bareek kaat len_
Zeera, dhania or laal mirch ko mota mota kutt len_
Iske baad qeemay main namak, zeera, dhania, kutti laal mirch, piyaz, timatar, hari mirch, hara dhania, anar dana, neembu ka ras,brown piyaz or makai ka aata daal kar mix karlen_
Phir chapli kabab bana kar fry karke serve karen_:)
