Chicken Seekh Kabab Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 kg murghi ka qeema (chicken minced)
  • Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
  • 2 piyaz (onion)
  • 1 tsp kutti kaali mirch (black pepper curshed)
  • 1 tbsp safed zeera (cumin)
  • 4 choti ilaichi (green cardamom)
  • 2 tbsp bhigoe hue chane
  • 1 tbsp pissa garam masala (alspices powder)
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp pissi laal mirch (red chili powder)
  • 4 double roti ke slices
  • 2 ande (eggs)
  • 1/2 gathi bareek kata hara dhania (coriander leaves finaly chopped)
  • 6 bareek kati hari mirchen (green chili finaly chopped)
  • Hasb e zarurat tail (oil as required)

Directions

Qeemay main piyaz, kaali mirch, safed zeera, choti ilaichi, garam masala, chane or double roti ke slices mila kar pees len_
Namak, soya sauce, laal mirch,hari mirchen or ande daal kar achi tarah milaen_
Qeemay ka mixture lekar seekh par rakh ke daba daba kar 4 inch lambe kabab bana len_
Phir 10-12 minutes ke liye fridge main rakh den_
Kababo ko 2 minutes ke liye aag par senk len_
Frying pan ko darmiyani anch par 2 minutes garam karke 2 tbsp tail daalen_
Kababo ko seekh se nikaal kar frying pan main daal den_
Phir lakri ke chamach ae 3-4 minutes ke liye zara sa senk len_
Frying pan se nikaal kar tissue paper main rakh den_
Phir serve karen_:)
