Chinese Cashew Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg murghi (chicken)
  • 1/2 cup matar (peas)
  • 1/2 cup mushroom
  • 1 cup murghi ki yakhni (chicken stock)
  • 4 hari piyaz (spring onion)
  • 3 tsp soya sauce
  • 2 tsp corn flour
  • 1/2 tsp cheeni (sugar)
  • Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
  • 1/4 cup tail (oil)
  • 100 gm kaaju (cashew)

Directions

Bowl main soya sauce, corn flour, cheeni or namak ko mix karen_
Pan main tail garam karke chicken fry karen_
Ab isme mushroom or yakhni daal kar 5 minutes tak pakaen_
Ab soya sauce wala mixture shamil karden_
Us waqt tak pakatay rahen jab tak garha na hojaye_
Akhir main hari piyaz or kaaju shaamil karen or dish main nikaal kar serve karen_:)
