Chicken Shashlik Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup murghi (chicken)
  • 1 piyaz (onion)
  • 1 shimla mirch (capsicum)
  • 1 tsp corn flour
  • Talne ke liye tail (oil for frying)
  • 1 cup yakhni (stock)
  • 1/2 tsp namak (salt)
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce
  • 1 cup timatar ka paste (tomato paste)
  • 1/4 tsp cheeni (sugar)
  • 1 tsp adrak lehsan paste (ginger garlic paste)
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp sirka (vinegar)
  • 1 ande ki safedi (egg white)
  • 1 tsp meda (flour)

Directions

Chicken, piyaz or shimla mirch ko ek jese chakor tukro main kaat len_
Chicken ko lehsan adrak paste, soya sauce, baking powder, sirka, ande ki safedi or meday ke sath adhy ghantay ke liye marinate karen_
Phir deep fry karke kitchen paper par nikal kar rakhen take tail nikal jaye_
Sabziyo ko 3 tbsp tail main halka sa fry karke nikaal len_
Yakhni, namak, chili sauce, timatar paste or cheeni mila kar sauce tayar karlen_
Chicken or sabziyan sauce main mila kar akhir main corn flour milaen_
Garam garam shashlik fried rice ke sath serve karen_:)
