Ingredients
- 1 kg chawal (rice)
- 1 kg machli (fish)
- 9 jave lehsan ke kate hue (garlic cloves chopped)
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2-1/2 tsp haldi powder
- 1/4 cup neembu ka ras (lemon juice)
- Hasb e zarurat namak (salt as required)
- 4 piyaz kati hoi (onion chopped)
- 4 curry patay
- 3 laal mirch kuti hoi (red chili curshed)
- 4 timatar kate hue (tomato chopped)
- 2 tbsp adrak paste (ginger paste)
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1-1/2 tsp laal mirch powder (red chili powder)
- 1 tsp pissa dhania (coriander powder)
- 1 tsp pissa zeera (cumin powder)
- 2 tbsp timatar paste (tomato paste)
- 1/4 gathi kata hara dhania (coriander leaves chopped 1/4 bunch)
- Hasb e zarurat tail (oil as required)
- Bhagar ke liye ghee
- 1 tsp sabit zeera (cumin seeds)
Directions
Machli achi tarah dho kar khushk karlen_
Ispar garam masala, namak, 3 jave kata lehsan, 1/2 tsp haldi or neembu ka ras laga kar ek ghantay ke liye rakh den_
Ek pan main tail garam karke piyaz golden brown karlen_
Isme 6 jave kata lehsan, curry pata, adrak, timatar or kutti laal mirch daal kar pakaen_
Curry powder, pissi laal mirch, 1-1/2 tsp haldi, pissa dhania, pissa zeera, namak, timatar paste or hara dhania daal kar mazeed bhune_
Ek alag bartan main tail garam karen or machli ko halka brown fry karen or isse masale main daalen_
Ab dheemi anch par thori der pakaen_
Chawalo ko namak daal kar ubaalen_
Degchi main chawalon ke darmiyan jaga bana kar machli wala masala daalen_
Tail main zeera bhagar kar machli ke upar daal kar dum lagaen_
