Gajar Ka Halwa Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 kg gajar (carrot)
  • 2 kg doodh (milk)
  • 250 gm ghee (clarified butter)
  • 250 gm malai
  • 250 gm cheeni (sugar)
  • Chand dane  ilaichi (few cardamom seeds)
  • Hasb e zarurat badaam (almonds as required)
  • 2 uble ande (boiled eggs)

Directions

Gajren kadukash karke karhai main daalen_sath doodh bhi daal den or itna pakaen ke doodh khushk hojaye or gajren gal jaen_
Phir ghee daal kar bhunlen_
Or malai daal kar bhune_
Iske baad cheeni shamil karen or musalsal chamach chalatay hue pakaen ke cheeni ka pani khushk hojaye_
Akhiri main ilaichi or badaam daal kar utaar len or ublay ando ke slices ke sath saja kar serve karen_:)
