- 45 gm kate akhrot (walnuts chopped)
- 90 gm brown sugar
- 2 phente ande (eggs beaten)
- 150 gm pighla makhan (butter melted)
- 2 tsp syrup
- 90 gm meda (flour)
- 100 gm atta (flour)
- 2 tsp khameer (yeast)
- 200 gm doodh (milk)
- 125 gm cream cheese
- 30 gm makhan (butter)
- 185 gm icing sugar
- Sajane ke liye akhrot (walnut for garnishing)

180c par oven garam karlen_
20 cm gol cake tin main makhan lagaen ya baking paper rakh den_
Ek bare bowl main khajoor pissi ya kutti, kate akhrot,brown sugar,ande , pighla makhan,syrup,meda, aata, khameer,doodh, cream,makhan or icing sugar ko achi tarah mix karlen_
Or 50 minutes ke liye bake karlen_
Cake ko 10 minutes thanda hone den_
Glaze ke ajza ko mix karke thanday cake ke upar phelaen or akhrot se saja kar serve karen_:)
