- Chocolate cake
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 2 ande (eggs)
- 3/4 cup pissi cheeni (sugar)
- Sawa cup meda (flour)
- 150 gm makhan (butter)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp dahi (yogurt)
- 1 chutki namak (salt 1 pinch)
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 4 tbsp doodh (milk)
Ingredients for icing
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 30 gm makhan (butter)
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 2 tbsp neem garam doodh (lukewarm milk)
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Directions
Oven ko 180c par garam karlen_
Ek bowl main makhan or cheeni ko beat karlen_
Vanilla essence or meda daal kar beat karen_
Beat karte hue ande shamil karen_
Ab dahi daal kar mix karen_
Ab ek bowl main namak, baking powder, baking soda ,cocoa powder or meda milaen_
Ab ye ande ke mixture main daal kar mix karen_
Ab dhoodh bhi mix karen_
Sara mixture chiknai lagae sanche main daal den or oven main daal kar 180c pr 40-45 minutes bake karlen_
Icing banane ke liye cocoa powder, makhan, icing sugae, neem garam doodh or vanilla essence mix karlen_
Cake ko sanche se nikaal kar icing se cover karke serve karen_:)
