- 6 ounce makhan (butter)
- 10 ounce icing sugar
- 3/4 cups cream
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 4 ounce cooking chocolate
Directions
Icing ke liye ek sauce pan main cream, vanilla essence, cooking chocolate, cocoa powder or makhan ko mix karen or chocolate ke pighalne tak pakaen_
Phir icing sugar shaamil karke achi tarah mix karen or ek ghantay kd liye fridge main rakh den_
Cake ke lite makhan or broen sugar ko achi tarah phent kar vanilla essence shamil kareb or anda daal kar mazeed phente_
Phir meda, cocoa powder or baking powder ko pighli hoi chocolate or akhrot ke sath achi tarah fold karke is mixture ko grease kiye hue pan main daalen_
Ab isse oven main 180c par 40 minutes bake karke hawa main rakhen or is par tayar ki hoi icing daal kar serve karen_:)
