Ingredients
- 1/2 kg boneless chicken
- 1/2 cup fresh cream
- 1 tsp namak (salt)
- 2 tbsp neembu ka rass (lemon juice)
- 8 sabit laal mirch (button red chilies)
- 2 tbsp kabuli chane (roasted gram)
- 1-1/2 tsp bhuna or kutta zeera (roasted cumin crushed)
- 1 tsp sabit kaal zeera (black cumin seeds)
- 4 hari ilaichi (green cardamom)
- 2 bari ilaichi (black cardamom)
- 4 hari mirchen (green chilies chopped)
- 1/4 cup tail (oil)
- Serving ke liye onion rings (to serve)
- Serving ke liye mayo garlic chatney (to serve)
- 2 cups meda (flour)
- 1 cup gandum (wheat flour)
- 1/2 tsp namak (salt)
- 1 anda (egg)
- 1/4 ghee
- Goondhne ke liye halka garam pani (warm water to knead)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Directions
Parathe ke liye meda, gandum, namak, anda, ghee or baking powder or halke garam pani ko achi tarah mix karke goondhe or dough tayar karke 30 minutes ke liye hawa main rakhen_
Phir is ki balls bana kar roll karen or shallow fry karlen_
Ab mayo garlic chatney ki filling karke butter paper main roll karen_
Sabit laal mirch, bhuna or kutta zeera, sabit kala zeera, sabit dhania, bari ilaichi, hari mirchen,onion ring or hari ilaichi ko kabuli chane ke sath grind karen_
Phir chicken ko namak, neembu ka rass or cream ke sath marinate karen or 30 minutes ke liye ek taraf rakhen_
Ab isse ek pan main galne tak fry karke koele ka dum den_
