- 1 cup meda (flour)
- 1/2 cup corn flour
- 1 cup cheeni (sugar)
- 1-1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 chutki namak (salt 1 pinch)
- 1/2 cup tail (oil)
- 1/2 cup pani (water)
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 4 ande (eggs)
- 200 gm chocolate kadukash (grated)
Ingredients for chocolate topping
- 100 gm white chocolate
- 1 tbsp makhan (buter)
- 2 tbsp cream
Directions
Oven ko 180c par garam karlen_
Ab ring tin ko chikna karen_
Phir meday ko chaan kar namak, tail, pani or vanilla essence ko phent len_
Ab meday ke mixture main ande ki zardi or kadukash chocolate mix karlen_
Phir ek bowl main ande ki safedi ko phent kar meday ke mixture main shamil karen or ring tin main daal kar 40 minutes tak oven main bake karlen_
Ab cake oven mese nikaal kar 15 minutes thanda karen_
Chocolate topping ke liye makhan or cream ko 1 minute pakaen_phir chocolate topping ko cake par daal kar thanda karke serve karen_:)
