Masalaydaar Biryani Recipe

Ingredients

  • 750gm bakre ka gosht (mutton)
  • 3/4 cup tail (oil)
  • 3 tsp pissi laal mirch (red chili powder)
  • 3 tsp pissa dhania (coriander powder)
  • 2 tsp namak ( salt)
  • 2 tbsp adrak lehsan (ginger garlic)
  • 1 cup talli piyaz (fried onion)
  • 1-1/2 cup dahi (yogurt)
  • 3 daarcheeni (cinnamon)
  • 6 long (clove)
  • 10 kaali mirchen (black pepper)
  • 2 kaali ilaichi ( black cardamom)
  • 1/4 tsp pissi javetri (mace ground)
  • 1/4 tsp pissi jaefel (nutmeg ground)
  • 1/2 tsp pissi hari ilaichi ( green cardamom)
  • 3 kate aalu (potatoes)
  • 1 chutki khane ka peela rang (yellow color 1 pinch)
  • 1 tbsp kevra (screw pine water)
  • 1/2 cup doodh (milk)
  • 1/2 tsp saffron 
  • 750 gm chawal (rice)

Directions

Ek pan main tail garam karke is main garam masala, adrak lehsan or bakre ka gosht shamil karke 5 minutes fry karen_ab is main fry piyaz ,khushk masale or thora pani shamil karke fry karlen_phir is main mazeed thora pani daal kar dhakan dhak kar pakaen_iske baad dahi or aalu shamil karke alu galne tak dheemi anch par paka len_akhir main pissi jaefel, javetri or pissi hari ilaichi shamil karen_assemble karne ke liye ek pan main adhy chawal dalen_phir is main gosht or chawal shamil karke upar se mazeed chawal daal den_ab talli piyaz shamil karke doodh, khane ka peela rang or saffron chirak den_ab 1/4 cup ghee shamil karke 15 minutes dum den or serve karen_:)
