Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cup bhigoe hue chawal (soaked rice)
  • 1 tsp namak (salt)
  • 1 tbsp sirka (vinegar)
  • 1 tsp tail (oil)
  • 2 tbsp tail (oil)
  • 1 anda (egg)
  • 1 tbsp lehsan (garlic)
  • 1/2 cup harii piyaz ka safed hissa (spring onion white)
  • 1 cup gajar (carrot)
  • 1/2 cup band gobhi (cabbage)
  • 1/2 cup hara piyaz (spring onion)
  • 1 tsp namak (salt)
  • 1 tsp chinese salt
  • 1 tsp kaali mirch (black pepper)
  • 1 tbap soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sirka (vinegar)
  • 1/4 cup pani (water)

Directions

Ek degchi main pani ubaal kar usme namak, sirka,1 tsp tail or chawal daal kar ubaal len_
Ek pan main 1 tbsp tail daal kar anda fry karke nikaal len_
Phir pan main 1 tbsp tail, adrak lehsan, hari piyaz ka safed hisa, gajar, band gobhi, hara pyaz,namak, chinese salt, kaali mirch, soy sauce or sirka shamil karke 5 minutes pakaen_
Ab ublay chawal, fry anda or pani daal kar dhakan dhak kar 5-6 minutes dam par rakh den_
Phir dish main nikaal kar serve karen_:)
