Ingredients
- 3 cups ubli macaroni (boiled macaroni)
- 3/4 cups ubli chane ki daal (yellow gram lentils boiled)
- 1 cup phenti hoi dahi (yogurt whipped)
- 2 katte timatar (tomatoes chopped)
- 3 tbsp hara dhania (coriander leaves)
- 1/2 tsp haldi (turmeric)
- 1 tsp pissa dhania (coriander powder)
- 1 tsp pissi laal mirch (red chili powder)
- 1 tbsp adrak lehsan ka paste (ginger garlic paste)
- 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
Directions
Pasta ko ubaal len_phir chane ki daal ko ubaal kar ek taraf rakh den_
Dahi ko phent kar isme timatar, hara dhania, haldi, pissa dhania,pissi laal mirch, adrak lehsan ka paste, chili garlic sauce, sweet chili sauce or oyster sauce ko mix karen_
Phir tail garam karke dahi ke mixture ko 2 minutes fry karen_
Bowl main mixture ke sath pasta or daal mix karlen or hare dhania se garnish karke serve karen_:)
