Fry Mash Ki Daal Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg mash ki daal (white lentils)
  • 250 gm timatar (tomatoes)
  • 1 tukra bareek kati adrak (finely chopped ginger piece)
  • 1 piyaz (onion)
  • 4 hari mirch (green chili)
  • 4 jave lehsan (garlic cloves)
  • 100 gm makhan (butter)
  • 1 tsp kutti laal mirch (red chili crushed)
  • 1 tbsp kasoori methi (fenugreek)
  • 2 tsp zeera (cumin seeds)
  • 1/2 tsp haldi (turmeric)
  • 1/2 tsp namak (salt)
  • 4 tbsp tail (oil)

Directions

Pehle mash ki daal main haldi daal kar ubaalen or galnay par chulah band karden_
Ab pateeli main tail garam karke piyaz halko brown karen or isme hari mirch, timatar, zeera, kasoori methi, kutti laal mirch or namak shamil karke bhunlen_
Phir isse daal main daall kar achi tarah mix karen or chulah band karden_
Tarkay ke liye makhan garam karke lehsan ke jave fry karen or isme zeera dal kar daal par tarka lagaen_
Phir nikaal kar serve karen_:)
