Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg aalu (potatoes)
  • 1/2 kg lauki (bottle groud)
  • 1/2 kg timatar (tomatoes)
  • 1/2 tsp kalonji (nigell seeds)
  • 10 sabit gol mirch (button red chilies)
  • 1 tsp kutti laal mirch (red chili crushed)
  • 1 tsp haldi (turmeric)
  • 4 hari mirchen (green chili)
  • 1 tsp zeera (cumin seeds)
  • 1/2 cup tail (oil)
  • 1 tsp namak (salt)
  • 1/2 gathi hara dhania (coriander leaves 1/2 bunch)

Directions

Pehle tail garam karke lauki or aalu fry karke nikaal len_
Ab isme sabit gol mirch, kalonji, kutti laal mirch, haldi,zeera, namak, aalu, lauki or timatar daal kar halki anch par dhak den_
Jab aalu gal jaen to in main hara dhania or hari mirchen daal kar chulah band karden_
Phir dish main nikaal kar serve karen_:)
