Daal Gosht Kay Kabab Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg ubli chane ki daal (boiled bengal gram)
  • 1/2 kg ubla qeema (boiled mince)
  • 2 piyaz (onion)
  • 1/2 gathi podina (mint leaves 1/2 bunch)
  • 6 hari mirch (green chili)
  • 2 ublay aalu (boiled potato)
  • 2 ande (eggs)
  • 1 tsp pissa garam masala (garam masala powder)
  • 1 tsp namak (salt)
  • 1 tbsp adrak lehsan ka paste (ginger garlic paste)
  • 1 tbsp bareek kati adrak (ginger finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp jawetri (nutmeg)
  • 2 tsp sabit zeera (cumin seeds)
  • 2 tsp sabit dhania (coriander seeds)
  • 2 tsp sonf (fennel seeds)
  • 2 tbsp kutti laal mirch (red chili crushed)
  • Hasb e zarurat tail (oil as required)

Directions

Pehle pateeli main ubli chane ki daal, ubla qeema, pani, sabit zeera, sabit dhania, kutti laal mirch, namak, sonf, adrak lehsan ka paste, jawetri or pissa garam masala daal kar halki anch par 20 minutez pakaen_
Ab anch tez karke pani khushk karen or thanda karlen_
Phir daal ke mixture ko chopper main daal kar ubaly aalu ke sath pees len_
Iske baad phentay hue ande , podina, hari mirch, piyaz or bareek kati adrak daal kar mix karen_
Akhir main iske kabab bana kar hasb e zarurat tail main fry karen_
Mazedar daal gosht kay kabab tayar hain ab inhe serve karen_:)
