Lauki Turrayi Aalu Bhaaji Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 choti lauki (small bottle gourd)
  • 3 turrayi 
  • 2 ublay aalu (boiled potatoes)
  • 2 timatar (tomatoes)
  • 1 tsp kalonji
  • 4 hari mirch (green chilies)
  • 6 gol laal mirch ( batten red chilies)
  • 1/4 tsp haldi (turmeric powder)
  • 1 tsp bhuna or kutta zeera (roasted cumin crushed)
  • 1 tsp namak (salt)
  • 1/4 cup tail (oil)
  • 1 cup piyaz (onion)
  • 1 tsp kutti laal mirch (red chili crushed)

Directions

Ek pan main tail garam karke piyaz brown karlen_
Ab isme gol laal mirch, kutti laal mirch or kalonji shamil karen_
Phir choti lauki, turrayi, timatar, haldi or 1/2 cup pani daalen or dhak kar 10 minutes pakaen_
Ab isme ublay aalu, namak, zeera or hari mirchen shamil karke 10 minutes pakaen_
Akhir main hara dhamia daal kar roti ke sath serve karen_:)
