- 8 ounce meda (flour)
- 2 ounce caster sugar
- 1/4 cup tail (oil)
- 1 anda (egg)
- 2 tsp instant khamer (instant yeast)
- Hasb e zarurat neem garam pani ya doodh (lukewarm water/ milk as required)
Ingredients for chocolate icing
- 1 tbsp makhan (butter)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1-2 tbsp pani (water)
Directions
Ek bare piyale main meda, caster sugar,1 tbsp makhan , anda,khameer or doodh daal kar naram dough goondh len_
Ab isse grease kiye hue ek bowl main dhak kar 1 ghantay ke liye phulnay chor den_
Phir dough ko thora sa goondhen_
Ab inhe roll karke doughnuts cutter se kaaten or grease ki hoi tray par rakhen or mazeed 1 ghantay ke liye phulne chor den_
1/4 cup tail garam karke isme doughnuts ko darmiyani anch par deep fry karen, yhan tak ke wo light brown hojaen_
Phir inhe tayar chocolate sauce main dip karke serve karen_:)
