Smokey Chicken Biryani Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 uble chawal (boiled rice)
  • 1 tbsp makhan (butter)
  • 1-1/2 tbsp adrak lehsan ka paste (ginger garlic)
  • 1-1/2 tsp kutti laal mirch (crushed red pepper)
  • 2 tbsp sirka (vinegar)
  • 2 tbsp kata hara dhania (coriander leaves)
  • 1 cup dahi (yogurt)
  • 3 tbsp cream
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese
  • 5 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp chicken powder
  • 2 tbsp tail (oil)
  • 1/2 tsp rayi (mustard seeds)
  • 2 tbsp chicken jalfarezi spice
  • 1/4 tsp namak (salt)
  • 1/2 kg boneless chicken
  • 1/2 tsp haldi (turmeric)
  • 1/2 cup tomato puree
  • 6 pissi hari mirchen (green chilies)
  • 1-1/2 tsp kutti laal mirch (red pepper)
  • 1/2 tsp kaali mirchen (black pepper)
  • 1/2 bhuna kutta zeera (cumin roasted)
  • 1/2 mustard powder
  • 1 tsp namak (salt)
  • 2 piyaz (onion)
  • 1/4 cup tail (oil)
  • Koela dum ke liye (coal for smoke)

Directions

Pehle chatni banane ke liye ek pan main tail garam karke rayi or jalfarezi masala fry karlen_ab isse cream , cream cheese , 3 tbsp ketchup or chicken powder daal kar sath mix karke rakh den_chawalon ke liye ek pan main makhan pighla kar isme 1/2 tsp adrak lehsan ka paste,zeera, kutti laal mirch, sirka or hara dhania shamil karke 1 minute mix karen or uble chawal daal kar mix karen_phir chawalo ko plater main nikaalen_iske baad chatni or chicken mixture daal kar koele se dum den_smoky chicken ke kiye ek pan main tail garam karke chicken ko 5 minutes fry karlen_ab isme 1 tbsp adrak lehsan, haldi, mustard powder, green chili paste, dahi, kutti laal mirch, zeera, kaali mirch, namak or tomato puree shamil karke achi tarah pakalen_phir is main 2 tbsp ketchup or piyaz daal kar chatni shamil karlen_iske baad koele ka dum de kar serve karen_:)
