Ingredients
- 2 cups meda (flour)
- 1 tbsp khamer (yeast)
- 1 chutki namak (salt 1 pinch)
- 2 tbsp cheeni (sugar)
- 3 tbsp tail (oil)
- 1 anda (egg)
- Hasb e zarurat garam pani (warm water as required)
- Hasb e zarurat orange/ strawberry (as required)
- Talne ke liye tail (oil for frying)

Meday main khamer, namak, cheeni, tail, anda mix karke halke garam pani se goondh len_
Tail ka hath laga kar geelay kapray se dhak kar rakh den_
Jab aata phool jaye to chotay peray bana len_
Hatheli par pera rakhen or darmiyan se daba kar jam bharen or dubara pera bana len_
Garam tail main halki anch par 2 minutes fry karen_
Dono taraf se sunehri rang ajae to plate maib nikaal len_
Serving dish main fry kiye doughnuts rakhen or orange jelly ke sath serve karen_:)
