Ingredients
- 1/2 kg kairi (dry mangoes)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp kaala namak (black salt)
- 1 tsp bhuna zeera (roasted cumin)
- 1/2 tsp kaali mirch (black pepper)
- 1 cup podine ke pattay (mint leaves)
- 1 cup baraf (ice)
- 4 glass pani (water)
Directions
Pehle kairiyon ko cheel kar unke chotag chotay tukray karlen_
Ab in main pani daal kar ubaal len_
Jab kairiyan gal jaen to inhe thanda karke blender main daal den_
Sath main kala namak, podine ke pattay, kaali mirch, bhuna zeera or brown sugar shamil karke blend karlen_
Phir isme pani daal kar chaane or glass main nikaal len_
Iske baad baraf daal kar serve karen_:)
