Ingredients
- 1 kg bareek kati kairiyan (finely chopped dry mangoes)
- 2 cups sirka (vinegar)
- 2 tsp rayi (mustard seeds)
- 1 tsp kalonji (nigella seeds)
- 4 tsp sonf (fennel seeds)
- 1 tbsp methi dana (fenugreek seeds)
- 1 tbsp zeera (cumin seeds)
- 1 tbsp kutti laal mirch (red chili crushed)
- 1 tbsp haldi (turmeric)
- 2 tsp namak (salt)
- 2 tbsp lehsan (garlic)
- 2 tbsp gurr (jaggery)
- 250 gm hari mirch (green chilies)
- 1/2 cup tail (oil)

Pehle sirka ko garam karen_
Jab ubaal ajae to isme sonf, kalonji, lehsan, methi dana, zeera or rayi ko pees len_
Ab sirkay main pissa masala, kutti laal mirch, namak, hari mirch, haldi or gurr daal kar chulah band karden_
Ab jar main pehle bareek kati kairiyan daalen_
Upar tail daal kar achi tarah mix karen_
Mazedae sirkay wala achar tayar hai_
