Ingredients
- 2 litre doodh (milk)
- 1 cup chawal (rice)
- 4 hari ilaichi (green cardamom)
- 1-1/2 cup cheeni (sugar)
- 1 cup khoya
- 2 tsp kewra
- Hasb e zarurat kate badam, pistay (almonds & pistachio chopped as required)
- Hasb e zarurat kishmish (raisins)
Directions
Doodh ko halki anch par pakaen_
Chawal ko bhigo den or pani daal kar pakaen_
Jab pani khushk hojaye to mesh karlen or doodh main mix karden_
Ab kishmish or ilaichi daalen or halki anch par pakaen_
Jab kheer garhi hone lagy to cheeni daal kar 5 minutes pakaen_
Iske baad khoya shamil karke chamcha chalaty rahen_
Khoya achi tarah mix hojaye to kewra daal kar dish main nikaal len_
Or badam, pistay, chandi ka wark laga kar thanda karke serve karen_:)
