Ingredients
- 1 litre doodh (milk)
- 1 cup chawal (rice)
- 1/4 tbsp saffron
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1 tukra daarcheeni (cinnamon stick)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp choti ilaichi (cardamom)
- 1/4 cup badam (almonds)
- 1/3 cup pistay (pistachio)
- Chandi ke wark for garnishing
Directions
Ek pan main ghee ko achi tarah garam karen_
Phir isme daarcheeni, cheeni or choti ilaichi daal kar fry karen_
Phir isme doodh milaen_
Phir isme chawal or saffron daal kar pakaen_
Chulah band karke adhi miqdaar badam or pistay shamil karden_
Phir dubara halki anch par pakaen or plater main nikaal kar chandi ke wark, baki pistay or badaam se garnish karke serve karen_:)
