Ingredients
- 1 cup dahi (yogurt)
- 1/2 tsp jaifil & javatri
- 1/4 tsp haldi (turmeric)
- 2 tsp namak (salt)
- 1/2 tsp pissa dhania (coriander powder)
- 1-1/2 tap laal mirch (red chili powder)
- 1/2 cup tail (oil)
- 1-1/2 cup phool gobhi (cauliflower)
- 1 cup phaliyan (french beans)
- 1 cup gajar (carrot)
- 2 aalu (potatoes)
- 1/2 cup tail (oil)
- 1 tezpata (bay leaf)
- 1/2 tsp sabut garam masala (whole spices)
- 1 tbsp adrak lehsan paste (ginger garlic paste)
- 1/2 cup talli piyaz (onion fry & crushed)
- 1/2 cup matar (peas)
- 2 shimla mirch (capsicum cubes)
- 1 cup pani (water)
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder (whole spices powder)
- 1 tbsp hari mirch (green chili)
- 1 tbsp adrak (ginger)
Directions
Pehle ek bowl main dahi, jaifil & javatri,haldi, namak, pissa dhania or laal mirch shamil karke achi tarah mix karlen or ek taraf rakh den_
Ab pan main 1/2 cup tail main phool gobhi fry karen or nikaal len_
Phir phaliyan fry karke nikaal len_
Phir gajar bhi fry karen or aalu bhi fry karke nikaal len, sab sabziyan alag alag fry karke ek taraf rakh den_
Ab ek pan main 1/2 cup, tezpata, sabut garam masala, adrak lehsan paste daal kar bhune_
Phir dahi wala tayar batter shaamil karden or 5 minutes pakaen_
Ab talli piyaz, sari fry sabziyan,matar or shimla mirch daal kar chand minutes pakaen_
Phir pani shamil karke 3 minutes ke liye cover karden_
dhakan hata kar garam masala powder, hari mirchor lambai main katti adrak shamil karke 5 minutes ke lye dhak den_
Ab dhakan hata kar chulah band karlen or dish main nikaal kar serve karen_:)
