Ingredients
- 250 gm penne pasta
- 1 tbsp namak (salt)
- 2 tbsp tail (oil)
Ingredients for marinate
- 2 pcs chicken fillet
- 1 cup dahi (yogurt)
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- 2 tbsp sirka (vinegar)
- 1 tbsp chili flakes
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- 1 tsp peprika
- 1/2 tsp zarde ka rang (food color yellow)
- 2 tbsp tail (oil)
Ingredients for white sauce
- 4-5 tbsp makhan (butter)
- 1 tbsp lehsan (garlic paste)
- 3 tbsp maida (flour)
- 1-1/2 cups doodh (milk)
- 1/2 cup balai (cream)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- 1 tsp kaali mirch (black pepper)
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 piece shimla mirch (capsicum)
- 50 gm cheddar cheese
Directions
Ek pan main pani ubaal len_
Ab pasta, namak or 1 tbsp oil daal ubaalen_
Jab ban jaye to nikaal kar thande pani se dhoen r 1 tbsp oil laga kar ek taraf rakh den_
Ab ek bare bowl main chicken fillet, dahi , soya sauce, sirka, chili flakes, namak , peprika or zarde ka rang daal kar achi tarah mix karen or 45 minutes marinate hone rakh den_
Phir pan main tail garam karke chicken fry karen_
Fry hone par nikaal ke ek taraf rakh den_
Ab ek pan main makhan or lehsan ko bhune or chulah band karden_
Phir isme maida,doodh or balai daal kar achi tarah mix karen_
Phir chulah jala kar namak, kaali mirch, oregano, shimla mirch or cheddar cheese daal kar achi tarah mix karen_
Boiled pasta daal den or mix karen_
Phir chicken ke pieces kaat kar pasta ke upar rakh kar serve karen_:)
