Ingredients
- 2 tbsp tail (oil)
- 1 tsp lehsan paste (garlic paste)
- 1 choti kati piyaz (small onion chopped)
- 350 gm chicken strips
- 1 tbsp tandoori masala
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- 1/2 tsp kutti laal mirch (red chili curshed)
- 2-3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp nimbu ka rass (lemon juice)
- 3/4 cups yakhni (chicken stock)
- 300 gm boiled pasta
Directions
Pan main tail garam karke lehsan ko bhune_
Phir piyaz daal kar naram hone tak pakaen_
Phir chicken daal kar pakaen_
Ab tandoori masala, mix herbs or laal mirch daal kar pakaen_
Phir tomato paste ,nimbu ka rass or yakhni daal kar mix karen_
Ab Pasta daal kar achi tarah mix karen or dhak kar 2 minutes cover karke pakaen_
Phir dish main nikaal kar serve karen_:)
