- 2 cups pani (water)
- 1 badiyan (star anise)
- 2 slice adrak (ginger)
- 2 tea bags
- 2 tukray darcheeni (cinnamon sticks)
- 5-6 kaali mirch (black pepper)
- 5 long (cloves)
- 5 hari ilaichi (green cardamom)
- 2 cups doodh (milk)
- 1 tsp condensed milk (or honey)
- Cream and nutmeg to top
Directions
Ek pan main pani,adrak, kaali mirch, long, badiyan,darcheeni or hari ilaichi daal kar ubaalen_
Jab ubaal ajae to tea bags shamil karden_
Phir chulah band karke chaan len_
Ab ek alag pan main doodh ubaalen_
Ab isme condensed milk or tayar ki hoi chai shaamil karen or ubaal any tak pakne den_
Iske baad cups main nikaal ke upar se cream daalen_
Phir jaifil powder chirak kar serve karen_:)
