Ingredients
- 1 glass doodh (milk)
- 1/3 glass pani (water)
- 2 tbsp chaye patti (tea leaf)
- 1.75 tbsp cheeni (sugar)
- 1 inch adrak (ginger)
- 2 hari ilaichi (green cardamom)
Directions
Sab se pehle ek chaye ke pan main doodh, or pani shamil karen_
Or darmiyani anch par ubaal any tak pakaen_
Iske baad adrak or ilaichi ko crush karlen_
Jese hi doodh main ubaal ajae anch halki karden_
Phir crush adrak ilaichi, chaye patti or cheeni shamil karke mix karen_
Ab isse halki anch par 3-4 minutes ubaalen_
Ab chulah band karke cups main chaye ko chaan len_
Adrak ilaichi wali chaye tayar hai ab isse serve karen_:)
