Ingredients
- 300 gms chicken cubes
- 1/2 tsp namak (salt)
- 1/2 tbsp laal mirch (red chili powder)
- 1/4 tsp haldi (turmeric)
- 1 tbsp nimbu ka rass (lemon juice)
- 1/2 tbsp adrak lehsan paste (ginger garlic paste)
- 2 tbsp tail (oil)
- 1 piyaz (onion chopped)
- 1 shimla mirch (capsicum chopped)
- 1 tamatar (tomato chopped)
- 3 tbsp hara dhania (green coriander chopped)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt)
- Hasb e zaeqa laal mirch (red chili to taste)
- 1 tsp dhania powder (coriander powder)
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 piyaz sliced (onion sliced)
- 1 chutki namak (salt 1 pinch)
- 1 tbsp nimbu ka ras (lemon juice)
Ingredients for dough
- 3 anday (eggs)
- 2 cups Atta (wheat flour)
- 1/4 tsp namak (salt)
- 1/2 cup pani (water)
Directions
Pehle ek bowl main chicken cubes,namak, laal mirch, haldi,nimbu ka ras or adrak lehsan paste ko achi tarah mix karke 30 minutes marinate hone rakh den_
Phir pan main tail garam karke marinated chicken shamil karke mix karen_
Ab dhakan dhak kar tayar hone tak pakne den_
Iske baad dhakan hata kar piyaz, shimla mirch, tamatar, hara dhania, namak, laal mirch, dhania powder or garam masala shamil karke achi tarah mix karen or dhak kar 2 minutes pakne den_
Ab dhakan hata kar mix karke ek taraf rakh den_
Ab ek bowl main piyaz, namak or nimbu ke rass ko mix karke ek taraf rakh den_
Ab ek or bowl len or usme anday phent len_
Phir attay main namak daal kar usko pani se naram goondh len_
Goondh ke 15 minutes rakh kar rakh den_
Ab hathon pe tail laga kar attay mese pera banae_
Peray ko bell len_
Ab paratha tayar karen_
Jab thora paratha pak jaye to 2-3 tbsp ande se brush karen_
Paratha tayar hone ke baad ispe ketchup lagaen_
Phir nimbu ke ras main bhigoe hue piyaz bech main rakhen_
Iske baad tayar chicken cubes piyaz ke upar rakhen_
Ab parathay ko butter paper main roll karke serve karen_:)
