- 1/2 tsp namak (salt)
- Hasb e zarurat pani (water as required)
- 1 cup chicken boneless
- 1 tbsp dahi (yogurt)
- 1 tsp tikka masala
- 1 tsp tail (oil)
- 1-1/2 cups mozzarella cheese grated
- 1/2 cup shimla mirch (finely chopped capsicum)
- 1/2 cup boiled sweet corn
- 1/2 cup piyaz (finely chopped onion)
- 1/2 cup tamatar (tomatoes)
- 3 tbsp pizza sauce
Directions
Pehle maiday main namak daal kar pano se goondh len_
Ab cover karke 10 minutes rakh den_
Iske baad ek bowl main chicken len_
Ab iske dahi or tikka masala shamil karke mix karen_
Ab pan main tail daal kar chicken ko paka len_
Phir nikaal kar ek taraf rakh den_
Ab ek bare bowl main tayar chicken, mozzarella cheese, shimla mirch, boiled sweet corn,piyaz or tamatar shamil karke achi tarah mix karlen_
Ab attay mese pera banae_
Ab roti bell len_
Ab iske pizza sauce lagaen_
Phir ispe ek side pe tayar mixture daalen_
Phir mozzarella cheese daalen_
Ab roti ki ek side dosri side pe rakh kar kantay ki madad se band karlen_
Ab pan main ghee se paratha tayar karlen_
