Ingredients
- 1 mooli (radish grated)
- 1 tsp laal mirch (red chili powder)
- 1 tsp zeera (cumin seeds)
- 1 inch piece adrak (ginger crushed)
- 1 tsp dhania (coriander seeds crushed)
- 1 tbsp hari mirch (green chili)
- 2 tbsp hara dhania (green coriander)
Directions
Pehle mooli ka pani ache se nikaal len_
Ab piyale main mooli, laal mirch, zeera, adrak crushed,dhania, hari mirch or hara dhania shamil karke mix karlen_
Ab aaty mese do peray banae_
Ek peray par mooli wala mixture rakhen_
Ab dosra peray ko uske upar rakhen or paratha bell len_
Iske baad ghee se paratha tayar karen_
