- 1 cup aata (flour)
- 1 cup maida (white flour)
- 1/2 tsp namak (salt)
- 1/4 cup tail (oil)
- Hasb e zarurat garam pani (warm water as required)
- 2-3 tbsp dahi (yogurt)
- 1 tbsp adrak lehsan (ginger garlic paste)
- 1/2 tsp namak (salt)
- 1-1/2 tsp laal mirch (red chili crushed)
- 1-1/2 tsp zeera (cumin seeds roasted & crushed)
- 1-1/2 tsp kaali mirch (black pepper crushed)
- 1/2 kg chicken boneless small cubes
- 2-3 tbsp tail (oil)
- Hasb e zarurat cream cheese (as required)
- Hasb e zarurat cheddar cheese (as required)
- Hasb e zarurat mozzarella cheese (as required)
Directions
Ek bowl main aata, maida, namak or tail ko garam pani se goondh len_
Cover karke 15-20 minutes chor den_
Ab ek or dosre bowl main dahi,adrak lehsan paste, namak, laal mirch, zeera, kaali mirch achi tarah mix karlen_
Ab chicken cubes shamil karke mix karlen_
Ab pan main tail garam karke usme shamil dalen_
Or pani chicken galne tak or pani khushk hone tak pakaen_
Ab aaty mese pera bana kar roti bell len_
Ab dosra pera banae uski bhi roti bell len_
Phir roti pe cream cheese lagaen_
Ab tayar chicken cubes rakhen_
Ab chadder cheese or mozzarella cheese daalen_
Iske baad dosri bani hoi roti ispe upar rakhe or kantay ki madad se sides se band karlen_
Ab ghee se roti pakaen_
