Ingredients
- 3-4 ublay aalu (boiled & meshed potato)
- 1 tsp laal mirch (crushed red chili)
- 1 tsp namak (salt)
- 1/4 tsp ajwain (carom seeds)
- 1-1/2 tsp dhania (coriander seeds crushed)
- 1 tsp zeera (cumin seeds crushed)
- 1 tbsp hari mirch (green chili chopped)
- 1-1/2 tsp hara dhania (coriander leaves chopped)
Directions
Ek bowl main aalu, laal mirch, namak, ajwain, dhania, zeera, hari mirch or hara dhania shamil karke achi tarah mix karlen_
Ab attay ka pera banae or usme chamach bhar kar aalu ka mixture rakhen_
Phir dosra pera bana kar uske upar rakh den or kinare chipka den_
Ab parathy ko bell len_
Ab tawe pe paratha tayar karen ghee laga kar_
