- 1 tsp laal mirch powder (red chili powder)
- 1 tsp namak (salt)
- 1/4 tsp haldi (turmeric)
- 2-3 hari mirch (green chilies chopped)
- 1/4 cup hara dhania (fresh coriander chopped)
- 1/4 tsp garam masala (whole spice powder)

Pan main oil daalen_
Or piyaz ko saute karlen_
Iske baad zeera, tamatar, laal mirch powder, namak, haldi or hari mirch shamil karke achi tarah mix karen_
Dhakan dhak kar 2 minutes pakne den_
Ab dhaka hata kar hara dhania or phentay hue ande shamil karke 2-3 mins achi tarah mix karte rahen_
Akhir main garam masala daal kar dish main nikalen or serve karen_:)
