- 1/2 tsp zeera (cumin seeds roasted & crushed)
- 1/2 tsp dhania powder (coriander powder)
- 1/2 tsp laal mirch (red chili powder)
- 1/4 tsp haldi (turmeric)
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp namak (salt)
- 2 tbsp hara dhania (green coriander chopped)
- 2 ande (boiled eggs)
- 1/4 cup pani (water)
- 1 tbsp makhan (butter)
- 1 tbsp tail (oil)
- 1 anda (egg)
- 1/2 tbsp makhan (butter)
- 1/4 tsp laal mirch (red chili powder)
Directions
Pan main 1-2 tbsp tail daalen_
Ab piyaz or tamatar shamil karke naram karlen_
Ab hari mirch, zeera, dhania powder, laal mirch powder, haldi, garam masala or namak shamil karke mix karlen_
Ab hara dhania daalen or mix karen_
Iske baad ubaly anday shamil karke mash karke achi tarah mix karlen_
Phir pani daal kar mix karen or 2 minutes pakne den_
Ab 1 tbsp makhan daal kar mix karen_
Ab chulah band karke plate main nikaal len_
Ab dosre pan main 1 tbsp tail daalen_
Phir anda daalen or kacha pakka hi fry karen_
Ab ye anda tayar ando ke upar daalen or mix karen_
Ab ek or pan main 1/2 tbsp makhan or laal mirch shamil karke pakaen_
Or ye mixture tayar ando ke upar daal den_
Ab dhania chirak kar serve karen_:)
