Lifafa Paratha Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups atta (flour)
  • 1/4 tsp namak (salt)
  • 1/2 tbsp cheeni (sugar)
  • 1 anda (egg)
  • 3-4 tbsp oil/ghee
  • Hasb e zarurat pani (water as required)
  • 2 ande (eggs)
  • 2 tbsp piyaz (onion)
  • Hari mirch (green chili)
  • 1/2 tsp laal mirch (red chili powder)
  • 1/2 tsp namak (salt)
  • 1/2 tsp Zeera (cumin powder)
  • 2 tbsp tamatar (tomato chopped)
  • Hara dhania (coriander leaves)
  • Mozzarella cheese (as required)

Directions

Ek bowl main atta, namak, cheeni, anda or tail ya ghee dal kar mix karlen_
Ab garam pani se naram atta goondh len_
Phir cover karke 20 minutes ke liye ek taraf rakh den_
Ab ek alag bowl main ande, namak, laal mirch, tamatar, piyaz, hari mirch, hara dhania or zeera powder shamil karke mix karlen_
Ab aatay mese pera banae_
Peray ki chakor roti bana len_
Ab roti tawe pe rakhen_
Phir roti ke upar tayar kia hua mixture daalen_
Ab mozzarella cheese daalen_
Phir charo kone ko darmiyan main rakh ke band karke chakor shakal bana len_
Ab dono taraf se tayar karlen_
Tayar hone pe tawe se utaar len or serve karen_:)
