- 2 cups maida (flour)
- 1/2 tsp namak (salt)
- Hasb e zarurat garam pani (warm water as required)
Ingredients for suji ka halwa
- 1/2 desi ghee
- 3-4 choti ilaichi (green cardamom)
- 3/4 cups suji (semolina)
- 1-1/4 cups cheeni (sugar)
- 3 cups pani (water)
- 1/2 tsp zarde ka rang (yellow food color)
- 1/2 tsp kewra essence
- Dry fruits for garnishing
Directions
Ek piyale main maiday main namak daal kar pani se naram aata goondh len_
Ab tail se grease karke cover karen or 15-20 minutes ek taraf rakh den_
Ab aaty mese chotay peray banae_
Or 15 minutes ke liye rakh den_
Ab puri ko thora sa bell kar garam tail main darmiyani anch par deep fry karen_
Ab isse nikaal len_
Suji ke halwe ke liye ek pan main ghee garam karen_
Ab ilaichi shamil karen_
Ab suji daal kar bhune or rang tabdeel hone tak pakaen_
Ab cheeni shamil karke mix karen_
Iske baad pani daal kar zarde ka rang shamil karke achi tarah mix karen_
Or dhakan dhak kar darmiyani anch par 3-4 minutes pakne den_
Ab dhakan hata ke kewra essence daal kar 1-2 minutes ubalne den_
Ab chulah band karke dish main nikaal len_
Dry fruits se garnish karke puri ke sath serve karen_:)
