- 1-2 tbsp pani (water)
- 1/2 cup kheera (cucumber shredded)
- 1-2 drops green food color
- 1/2 cup gajar (carrot shredded)
- 1/4 cup ketchup or chili garlic sauce
- 1-2 drops red food color
- 2 anday (boiled eggs)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp mustard paste
- 1-2 drops yellow food color
- Bread slices
- Hasb e zarurat makhan (butter as required)
Directions
Pehle garam pani main band gobi ko 1 minutes pakaen_
Ab isse chan kar ek bowl main daalen_
Iske baad isme gajar, white pepper powder, cheeni, salt or mayonnaise shamil karke mix karlen_
Ab isse freezer main rakh den_
Hari mirch,dhania, namak, nimbu ka ras or pani ko achi tarah pees kar paste bana len_
Ab shredded kheero ka pani nichor ke ache se nikaal len_
Ab kheeray main 1 tbsp green paste or green food color shamil karke mix karke ek taraf rakh den_
Ab dosre bowl main gajar, ketchup, chili garlic sauce or red food color mila ke mix karke ek taraf rakh den_
Ab ek or bowl main ando ko mash karlen_
Ab isme mayonnaise, mustard paste or yellow food color shamil karke mix karen or ek taraf rakh den_
Ab 4 bread slices pe makhan lagaen_
Ek bread pe red mixture lagaen_
Or dosri pe green mixture lagaen_
Or teesri pe yellow mixture lagaen_
Ab sari bread ek dosre k upar rakh den_
Or inke kinaray kaat den_
