- 1/2 cup or to taste cheeni (sugar)
- 2 tbsp asli ghee (pure clarified butter)
- 1/2 tsp ilaichi powder (cardamom powder)
Directions
Degchi main doodh daalen or boil karlen_
Chamcha chalatay rahen_
Ab takreeban 30 mins tak doodh adha hone tak pakaen_
Ab pani main lemon juice mix karke doodh main shamil karke or chamach chalatay rahen_
20-30 mins garha hone tak pakaen_
Ab isme cheeni shamil karen or musalsal chamach chalatay rahen or cheeni ka pani sukh jane tak paka len_
Ab asli ghee or ilaichi powder shamil karke achi tarah mix karen or chamach chalatay rahen_
Phir isse 5-6 mins halki anch par kinaray chorne tak pakaen or musalsal chamach chalatay rahen_
Ab ek baking dish/ laof pan ko ghee se grease karen or mixture ko greased mould main daal kar press karlen_
Phir aluminum foil se dhak den or set hone ke liye kam se kam 4 ghantay ke liye chor den_
Akhir main desired shapes main cut karen or pista se garnish karke serve karen_:)
