Ingredients
- 1/2 kg aalu (potatoes)
- 4 tbsp tail (oil)
- 1 tsp chana daal (soaked for 15 mins)
- 1 tsp mash daal (soaked for 15 mins)
- 1 piyaz (onion)
- 1/2 tsp zeera (cumin seeds)
- 2 tsp rai dana (mustard seeds)
- 1-1/2 tsp haldi (turmeric)
- 1 tsp kuti laal mirch (red chili flakes)
- 4-5 gol mirch (button chili)
- Handfull karry pata (curry leaves)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- 1/4 cup dhania (coriander)
- 3 hari mirch (green chili)
Directions
Pehle aalu ke piece karke unhe 6-7 mins boil karlen_
Ab pan main tail daalen_
Ab isme chana daal or mash daal daal kar pakaen_
Ab isme piyaz, zeera or rai dana daal kar piyaz naram hone tak pakaen_
Phir haldi, kuti laal mirch, gol laal mirch dal ke mix karen_
Ab boiled aalu shamil karke mix karen_
Phir curry pata, namak, hara dhania or hari mirch daal kar mix karen_
Phir dhakan dhak ke 1-2 mins pe halki anch par pakne den_
Ab dish main nikaal kar serve karen_:)
