- 1 kg aalu (potatoes boiled & peeled)
- 1 tbsp dhania (coriander seeds)
- 1 tbsp zeera (cumin seeds)
- 4-5 sabut laal mirch (whole red chilied)
- 1/4 cup tail (oil)
- 1 piyaz (onion sliced)
- 2 jave lehsan (garlic crushed)
- 1 tsp zeera (cumin seeds)
- 5 hari mirch (green chilies)
- 15-20 curey pata (curry leaves)
- 3-4 tbsp makhan (butter)
- 1-1/2 tsp namak (salt)
- 2 tbsp hara dhania (coriander leaves chopped)
Directions
Pehle pan main dhania, zeera or sabut laal mirch ko bhun len or thanda karlen_
Ab grinder main bhune masale ko daal kar thora sa grind karke ek taraf rakh den_
Ab pan main oil daalen_
Ab piyaz naram hone tak pakaen_
Phir lehsan or zeera daal kar mix karen_
Ab hari mirch, curry pata or makhan daal ke achi tarah mix karen_
Ab grind kia hua garam masala shamil karke mix karen_
Ab 2 tbsp katti piyaz daal ke mix karen or mashed aalu or namak shamil karke achi tarah mix karen or 5-6 mins halki anch par pakne den_
Akhir main hara dhania daal ke mix karen or dish main nikal ke serve karen_:)
