Ingredients
- 1/2 cup tail (oil)
- 1 tbsp adrak lehsan paste (ginger garlic paste)
- 1/2 tsp methi dana (fenugreek seeds)
- 1/2 tsp zeera (cumin seeds)
- 1/2 tsp rai dana (mustard seeds)
- 1/2 tsp kalonji (nigella seeds)
- 1/2 tsp sonf (fennel seeds)
- 6-8 kari pata (curry leaves)
- 2 piyaz (onion sliced)
- 2 tamatar (tomatoes chopped)
- 1/2 tsp laal mirch powder (red chili powder)
- 1/2 tsp kutti laal mirch (red chili crushed)
- 1/4 tsp haldi powder (turmeric powder)
- 1 tsp namak (salt)
- 4-5 alu (potatoes sliced)
- 3-4 hari mirch (green chili)
- 3 tbsp hara dhania (green coriander)

Degchi main oil daalen_
Ab lehsan adrak daal kar thora sa bhune_
Ab isme methi dana,zeera, rai dana, kalonji, sonf or curry pata daal ke 1 min saute karen_
Phir piyaz shamil karke naram hone tak pakaen_
Iske baad tamatar, laal mirch powder, kutti laal mirch, haldi or namak daal ke achi tarah mix karen or tamatar galne tak pakaen_
Ab aalu shamil karden_
Upar hara dhania or hari mirch daal ke dhakan dhak ke halki anch par 15 mins aalu pakaen_
Ab dhakan hata kar mix karke dish main nikaalen or serve karen_:)
