Ingredients
- 2-3 aalu (potatoes cubes)
- 1-2 gajar (carrot cubes)
- 1/2 cup matar (peas)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp cream
- 1 tbsp bareek cheeni (caster sugar)
- 1/4 tsp namak (salt)
- 1/4 tsp kaali mirch powder (black pepper powder)
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup saib (apple cubes)
- 1/2 cup corn boiled
- 2-3 tbsp kishmish (raisins)
- 2-3 tbsp akhrot (walnuts)
Directions
Pan main pani daal kar ubaal len, aalu or gajar daal kar 4-5 minutes ke liye boil karlen_
Ab isme matar daal den or 4-5 minutes ke liye boil karlen (vegetables gal janae tak), thanday pani main daal den or 10 minutes ke liye chor den, chaan kar side par rakh den_
Bowl main mayonnaise, cream, bareek cheeni, namak or kaali mirch powder daal kar achi tarah mix karlen_
Pineapples, saib, corn, vegetable boiled, kishmish or akhrot daal kar achi tarah mix karlen_
1 ghantay ke liye refrigerate main rakh den_
Phir serve karen_:)
