Ingredients
- 1 cup baisan (gram flour)
- 1/2 cup paani (water)
- 1 tbsp oil
- Talne ke liye tail (oil for frying)
- 1 cup dahi (yogurt)
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp namak (salt)
- 1/2 tsp zeera (cumin seeds roasted & crushed)
- 1/2 tsp laal mirch powder (red chili powder)
Directions
Pehle Baisan or pani mix kar karke smooth karlen_
Ab oil shamil karke mix karen or 15 mins ke liye chor den_
Ab choti size ki garam tail main golden brown hone tak deep fry karke side pe rakh den_
Ab bowl main dahi, chaat masala, namak, zeera or laal mirch powder ko achi tarah whisk karen_
Ab boondiyan shamil karke mix karke or serve karen_:)
