Aalu Ka Raita Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dahi (yogurt)
  • 1/2 tsp kaala namak (black salt)
  • Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
  • 1-2 hari mirch (green chilies chopped)
  • 1 tbsp pani (water)
  • 1/2 tsp zeera (cumin roasted & crushed)
  • 1/2 tsp laal mirch powder (red chili powder)
  • 1/2 tsp lehsan paste (garlic paste)
  • 1-2 tbsp hara dhania (coriander chopped)
  • 1 cup aalu (potatoes boiled & cubes)

Ingredients for tarka

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp rai dana (mustard seeds)
  • 1/4 tsp zeera (cumin seeds)
  • 2 sabut laal mirch (whole red chili)
  • 4-5 curey pata (curry leaves)

Directions

Ek bowl main dahi, zeera, kaala namak, laal mirch, namak, lehsan paste, hari mirch or hara dhania shamil karke achi tarah whisk karlen_

Pani daal kar mix karen_
Aalu daal kar mix karen_
Ab Chotay frying pan main oil,zeera, rai dana or curry pata ka tarka tayar karke raite ke upar daal den_
Phir serve karen_:)
